Each year we recruit a large team of volunteers.  There are many different roles at CCYC including:

• Tent leader – responsible for looking after 8-10 campers e.g. during on and off-site activities, at mealtimes and at night.
• Assistant leader – to support the main tent leader in looking after the campers.
• Cook – to provide meals throughout the day for both campers and leaders (usually around 250 people).
• Support team – this could include a vast number of jobs from driving a minibus to cleaning toilets or producing the video of the day

Qualifications

All leaders must be committed Christians who have the support of their local church leadership to undertake the work of Camp.  Each leader is required to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

How to apply

To apply, please complete the Leader’s Application form which includes the Leader’s Reference section that must be completed by your local church elder/minister. Included in the downloadable application form are further details about Camp including the roles and responsibilities of each type of volunteer. The cost is £130 per person.
